Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all valid addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders bound for Canada are subject to international import regulations, with details on duties and taxes outlined below.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as "delivered" but not received:
  1. Canadian Shipments: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate, as customs processing or local postal delays may occur.
  2. Check with your local postal service, neighbors, or nearby delivery hubs (e.g., postal facilities, parcel lockers) for potential misplacement.
  3. If the package still has not arrived after the above waiting period, contact our customer support team within:
    • 7 days of the marked delivery date (U.S. orders)
    • 14 days of the marked delivery date (Canadian orders)
      We will assist with tracing the shipment or initiating a claim with the carrier.

Duties & Taxes (Canada)

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Upon return, only the original product price will be refunded (original shipping costs will be refunded solely if required by law due to an error on our part).
