- A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order ships. Tracking updates may be limited after the package enters the destination country. For Canadian customers, tracking can be continued through Canada Post’s official tracking portal once the parcel is processed locally.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as "delivered" but not received:
- Canadian Shipments: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate, as customs processing or local postal delays may occur.
- Check with your local postal service, neighbors, or nearby delivery hubs (e.g., postal facilities, parcel lockers) for potential misplacement.
