Will the jeans shrink after washing?
A: Most of our jeans use pre-shrunk denim fabric, so only minimal shrinkage (within 1-2cm) may occur after the first wash. To reduce shrinkage, wash in cold water, avoid high-temperature drying, and lay flat to air dry.
Are the coats waterproof?
A: Not all styles are waterproof. Waterproof or water-resistant coats are clearly marked in the product description—they’re treated with a special coating to repel light rain. For non-waterproof styles (like wool overcoats), avoid wearing them in heavy rain to prevent fabric damage.
Can I return jeans or coats if they don’t fit?
