Payment Policy


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor, ensuring the protection of your financial information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

2. Currencies

Any currency selection option displayed on the website or during checkout is provided solely for reference and convenience. It does not alter the final transaction currency, which is strictly determined by your shipping destination (USD for U.S. orders and CAD for Canadian orders).
If your payment card is issued in a country or currency other than the transaction currency, your bank or card issuer may apply an exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fees. These fees are imposed entirely by your financial institution and are not collected, controlled, or retained by Childers Avenue Studio.

3. Authorizations & Charges

When you place an order, a temporary authorization hold may be applied to your credit card to verify funds availability. This hold is not a final charge and will be adjusted once your order is confirmed and processed.
In the event of a declined payment, additional verification may be required. Orders that remain unverified after a reasonable period may be canceled at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed and approved. The exact timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s processing policies.
